Comb is not responsible for the outcome or fit of a patient’s orthotic device. The transparent polycarbonate may become scratched if not properly cared for and maintained. Please clean according to manufacturer instructions, and cover when not in use. Do not stand on the device, as it is designed to support only semi-weight bearing.
This product comes with a one-year manufacturer's defect warranty on all parts, excluding the transparent plastic foot plate which comes with a 30-day warranty. All warranty claims will be vetted and approved by Comb O&P at their discretion.
The Scanning Fixture is final-sale and cannot be returned. There is no cash or credit refunds on the Scanning Fixture.
